Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as the order will have entered the processing phase. If you do cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damage to packaging, such as dented boxes, does not qualify unless the product itself is affected.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contactunivvibe@gmail.com and including a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your situation and determine if you qualify for a replacement at no cost. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items that are damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you encounter issues with delivery, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If you realize there is an error and do not notify us within 24 hours, we cannot issue a resend or refund.
